My Sister is Coming!

My sister is coming to visit me! She's coming out on Thursday, the 28th, and leaving Sunday. It will be a short stay, but a welcomed one. We are going to explore Round Rock and Austin together. I really can't wait to see you Shannon! Kodi is very excited too!

This girl has no fear. This is by far the tallest slide she has ever been on! It took her a few min. to get up the courage to actually do it, and then she did it! My kids are crazy. As you all know nothing shakes Degan. Well maybe when Mommy leaves the room. Urrrghhh!

Our house

I can't believe I will get a porch swing of my very own :) If you look you can see our side yards. (top: fallow the brick pillar to the orange flag) (bottom: Fallow the line of the grass from the pillar to the front of the house.)

Here it is! Our house. I wish there was more to show, but every time I see it gets better and better. It is coming along great. I can't wait to move in. Although I’m leaving my 2 baby-sitters behind, and that makes me sad. Well well at least I won’t have to pay $2.00 for every stinky diaper changed. He he. Just kidding girls, it's totally worth it.

Valentines Gifts

Feeling the Love!

Well I am just sitting here looking at all the blogs and thinking about my family! I am so blessed to have such a wonderfully large family.

• I was telling Amelia today how I miss those crowded Sundays at Nan's. Yes "ME". I know I was one of the party poopers who stayed at home on occasions. But you really figure out how much you take for granted your family, sisters, Nan's... (You get my point) when they are not here with you.
• I miss my sister; she must be having a hard time too! She is so much like me, and I am so proud of her
• I love my parents for being the parents they are and what lessons they taught me.
• I miss all of my Grandparents, Bobby's just as much. They have all made me feel like such special granddaughter. Grandma Lil is with me every day. I love her and miss her immensely! My Granddad too!
• My sister-in-law's. They have become such close friends. I can sit and tell you all anything and everything. Thank you for making so easy to move to Texas, and so hard! :)
• I have not forgotten my friends either... I have some very true friends. They are those pieces of gold and silver. When you find the ones who stand by you... Priceless!
• Last but not least, my husband. There is no one else on earth I would rather take this adventure with. Bobby is my strength, and my best friend. He would do anything for me, and I for him. I miss him so much right now. It is so hard for him to be away from his kids. He is a loving, and amazing dad. He makes friends with everyone he meets, and those are just some of the reasons I am the luckiest girl ever!

I think I have just sent out the ultimate love letter . I am so thankful for you all! Has this been sappy enough for everyone?

Well Degan has done it! He quit cold turkey. On the Drive to Texas I noticed that he would get mad and throw his pacifire. Which is odd, considering how much he loved that thing. Since we've been here, he wants nothing to do with it. He simply spits it out when I try to give it to him. I can't say I am entirely thrilled about it. It means he is getting older and becoming a little boy. He's not a baby anymore. Can you believe he is already 10 months old! He'll be 1 in April! Yikes!

Well I have to start off by saying I am sorry for being M.I.A. We have been so busy, trying to get acclamated at Lynda's, hunting for a place to live, and getting our finances in order. It is a lot of work to move to another state! I am also sorry for not posting any pictures of our kids and the homes we are looking at. I am going to get out my camera today and make sure I get some cute pictures of them! If you want to look at the house we are interested in, go to www.standardpacifichomes.com and look up the city of Round Rock Texas, outside of Austin. We like the Montgomery B home. We cant decide wich lot we want yet... It is just to many options to choose the right one. I have yo decide today or tomorrw though or they wil take them both of hold. Which is not good because they are both golf course lots. Those lots are going really fast. There are only 2 home builders with golf course lot left. Which reminds me I need to call our guy soon. I'll keep you posted. And let me know what you think about the Montgomery home. I could really use everyones opinion. Anything you have to offer would be appreciated! Love you all, and miss you too!
