Camping

This weekend we went camping with my Dad for Father's Day, at Camp Pandleton. It was Kodi's first camping trip, and Degan's first camping/beach trip. We had so much fun with them. So did Shannon, Sonny and Dad. I can't wait until Degan is old enough to crawl around in the sand and enjoy it as much as Kodi. He spent most of the time in his little tent. Kodi kept us all on our toes though. She loves to explore new places. Her favorite thing to do is take walks with Daddy, and Grandad! wich are the first two pictures. Then of her knocked out from Grandads walk. The last picture is in the morning, and the only one who is fed is Degan :) Notice the satisfied expression! And please don't ask how Degan stayed in the sling that way, I couldn't tell you. (Shannon if you are reading this remember to post your pictures with the kids they are so good!)

2 months Old

Degan had his 2 month check up on Monday, and he is doing great! Can you believe he is 2 months already? He's turning into quite the chunk too (13lbs. and 7oz.)! Which by the way is his nickname from Pops. Chunk! Kodi Lynn is Boog and Degan is Chunk (he he he). He is sleeping until 6 a.m. every day now which is awesome! Hopefully he'll add on another hour soon! He is smiling all the time and cooing more and more everyday.
Today was a hot one! We were outside doing yard work today, and finally got Kodi Lynn to run through the sprinklers. She's been afraid of them until today. And once she learned that it wasn't scary she had a blast! She jumped through the sprinklers, took drinks from it, and even tried to wash the grass off the sidewalk. She is probably going to live in her swim suit this summer. If I didn't have my post baby belly I probably would be too! Ha! Bobby had his on today and burned his back... ouch! Hope everyone stays cool this summer!
