I need a cute idea for a gift in my ornament exchange on Wed. I have hit a wall! I need some ideas fast. I want to be creative. Please help!

Tiff, you probably have already done your ornament gift. I got an ornament (rustic) and added berrys to it. It turned out pretty nice.
